All day with the pool to ourselves oh and Mutley of course who kept us amused all week,he is the best dog ever.

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week. Nothing has been too much trouble and your advice on trips to the Lakes have been excellent, we would never have taken the Gobantes road and never the right turn to the view of the three lakes. The house is perfect - airconditioning, the bathroom, the pool with its views. I was dubious about the Bar before coming, but it is a fantastic addition to the holiday, sitting by the pool and getting a cold beer (and gin and tonic!!) from the fridge. Thank you again, D and L

We came looking for a quiet, secluded and relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. We got all of these here and a little more (in the shape of a small dog called Mutley).

Weather was perfect, dinner on arrival was much appreciated, as was the welcome pack.

The pool area gave us everything we needed and the sun setting outside of our door made for lovely evenings.

The aim was to climb for the week although the weather was ’too hot’ and we made the most of the fantastic pool area and ice cold beer (A fantastic combo) The escort service that Mutley provided down to the local bars was a brilliant addition to the stay. Thanks again. C and D

Had a wonderful week here - Exactly what we wanted for a relaxing Autumn holiday. Lovely views (even when it rained!) in a stunning location.

Loved the pool and the hot tub, and the bar is a great idea! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts- generous, friendly and helpful - the welcome pack was much appreciated, and the sandwiches you made us when we arrived late were a life saver! Youve done a wonderful job building a beautiful Villa - we’ll certainly be recommending it to friends and family - and we wish you and Mutley(the cutest dog we’ve ever met) all the best for the future.

Note to Climbers: We highly recommend a route called ’Valentines Day’ at sector Austria Frontales Crag. 130m multipitch climb with amazing views .... enjoy!

An excellent week, lovely well equipped apartment, stunning views, very considerate hosts - all we had hoped for. Very good excursions to Sevilla, Antequera, Ronda, Nerja, El Torcal, the lakes. Also found time to laze by the pool. Enjoyed Mutley’s company and Steve and Tania’s. Would certainly recommend Finca Mariposa to friends and family. Many thanks.

Thanks very much for wonderful accommodation. The weather has been superb for the 4 days - 20° - ideal for climbing. Climbing above the village and in El Chorro has been fantastic. This is a well placed area to visit local sites as well as further afield.

Visited Antequera again during Siesta time, so it was quiet and we could appreciate the architecture of the town. Well worth a second visit.

Lovely weather, superb scenery and friendly helpful hosts have combined to make a wonderful short break.

El Torcal is a must to visit. Highly recommended.
